Brief post-vaccination monitoring at the pharmacy. Ask the pharmacist anything you'd like, and you're free to leave.

Travel medicine

Planning travel? Start your vaccines early.

Travel vaccines depend on destination, trip duration, activities, and history. Multi-dose vaccines need spacing of weeks apart, so plan ahead.

Timing

Ideally 6 to 8 weeks before departure. Twinrix is a multi-dose series. The rabies pre-exposure series takes a minimum of 3 weeks.

Yellow fever

Yellow fever requires a designated travel-health clinic and an official certificate. We refer you to the right Edmonton clinic and advise on which destinations require proof of vaccination for entry.
